Can i return?

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase from GeteinCare.

If for any reason you are not, simply return the item(s) to us in their original and unopened packaging for a Refund or Exchange. All items returned must be in a unworn, unused and resalable condition to be considered for a Refund or Exchange.

Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) we will not be accepting returns of any Nightingale PPE Product(s) that are dispatched in an un-sealed condition. This does not affect your statutory rights of returns for faulty or defective products.

 

How to Return

So that we can keep a track of returns, and also make sure we have stock in preparation for exchanges, please email us with your request or call us on the following number and our customer service team will provide you a Returns address .

Once your Returns Request is approved, please send the items to our Returns address below, along with Returns Slip that will be sent to you by email.
